There's an article here that supposedly claims the exact makeup of Milo in different countries differs slightly. I can't personally attest to it since I haven't tried making a cup overseas.
What I do know however, is every time I eat out in Malaysia, I order ice Milo because it tastes amazingly sweet. I believe the ready to drink can variants of Milo sold there are also just as sweet, although it's been 7 years since I've tried it.
When I make Milo at home it just tastes ok, but I guess I'd just feel worse about myself if I dumped in condensed milk or sugar into it.
When you order ice Milo in any restaurant in Malaysia you're basically ordering condensed diabetes due to the fact that we put like 3 spoonfulls of sweet condensed milk into our drinks
