Actually... the reason why the newer games lag like shit and have frame drops is because they made their 3D models of Pokemon and trainers, etc. future proof for better hardware.
They are being downscaled for the 3DS games and that's why the performance is shit.

The performance should now be not only be good but actually better than we can imagine. They are now (after 5 years since X/Y) using the models they originally created for hardware like the Switch that they were developed for.

So LGP/E is now core2 series? I much prefer them not split up their workforce like this.
A lot of the features (barring GO ones) of high demand (co-op, multiple saves, rideables, follow, overworld wild) are in, I damn hope they carry over to the next game.
