Fucking discrimination in this forum |#FREELANGUAGE - General

How is "discrimination" against the Russian language just as important as the problem of discrimination against LGBT people? You can't actually be serious? And notice I put discrimination in quotation marks, since it's not actually discrimination. It's a matter of mods not being able to properly moderate the language. I doubt they banned other languages because they hate them. English is the language of the internet, if you want to be a part of a big community site, then be ready to speak English. You can't expect to go on any site you want and speak any language you want. This is the case with pretty much any English site that has a community section, barely any of them allow other languages besides English. If they allowed all languages, they'd have to find at least one mod for each language who speaks it fluently so they can moderate it properly, as well as being able to speak English so they can communicate with the rest of the staff. Also, if the Russian rust community is so big, that it apparently takes up 50% of the player base, (which is a big fat lie, https://rust.facepunch.com/stats proves that it's not true) then I don't see why you can't just create your own Russian rust community? I mean if the Russian rust community is so big, then they should be able to fill all the roles that the rust section of this forum does.

It'd be nice if there were additional forums in other languages to support the player bases in countries that are not native English speaking, but that takes a not negligible amount of resources to support. To even consider it, Facepunch would have to take in to consideration whether offering such forum(s) would truly provide more benefit to the Rust community versus the benefits of providing more development on the game itself. Given the relatively low traffic of this forum itself, it seems unlikely to me that the cost of supporting additional languages would be worth it at this time, especially considering how much clamoring other players make about wanting Facepunch to focus on other issues. Which is unfortunate, but it's the situation we're stuck with currently.
