I swear, if Pat stopped talking in absolutes, Crazy Talk wouldn't be nearly as effective
I love it, but at the same time holy shit they've got some of the most consistently terrible takes on comic books this side of Linkara.
Pretty much the only thing i've liked to come out of DC comics-wise in years is Dark Knights Metal, otherwise it's mostly garbage, movies and TV included.
Matt has said that Brian Michael Bendis writes some really good stuff before on the podcast.
Pat makes hot comic takes because he refuses to read them so he can be right in his mind, Matt is stuck in the 90s and Woolie is so and so.

I wasn't pleasantly suprised exactly when I found out Matt "Where is the scene exit" Kowalewski was the one in control of the playthrough.

I'm encouraging anyone who hates DMC2 to give this video 10 minutes. The guys know what to do to make this an entertaining series.
I'm starting up DMC2 right now, I just have to see for myself if it really is that bad. Wish me luck.
Alright, I just beat the whole game as Dante in one sitting.
It's a mixed bag. It does some cool stuff here and there, but there's also a lot of really bad stuff, and quite a few unintentionally funny moments. It's basically the Dark Souls 2 of DMC, but more universally disliked as far as I know.
I honestly think it could have made for an interesting and entertaining LP, it's a shame they're a bunch of COWARDS!
like 90% of the game is spent on just hammering the shoot button though, and i doubt that'd make for a very fun playthrough honestly
as someone who platinum'd the game recently i would've liked to see them suffer through it but going straight to 3 is a better idea
