Frankly I found Cory's stories about his father to be way more strange. His father took him hiking on his birthday and brought him to a rusty ol' tractor tire, unironically claiming it was his present. Another time, instead of getting a computer for Christmas, Cory's dad got him a metal detector and threw a bunch of nails in their yard for him to find. A while later, the detector glitches out and started beeping in the middle of the night. His dad came into his room and smashed it against the floor, breaking it. Come morning when Cory asked wtf that was about, his dad didn't remember a thing about it. Cory's family is uh... interesting.

The absolute best Corey moment is when he demonstrates his "special talent", in that he can turn any one word into any other word. So basically, people tell him a word and he replies with a different word. Every other Corey moment was silly and basically par for the course with how the rest of the Sleepycabin functioned, but that one moment makes you wonder if Corey isn't legitimately retarded in some way. The Star Trek LP is a good nostalgia trip through 2012 for me.

I'm really thankful for the Star Trek LP because DmC and KH LPs have been big misses for me.

Seeing them rip Donte a few hundred pegs and Woolie playing KH with childlike wonder is a win in my book. Shut your mouf if you think the Disney villain Congregate didn't get you hyped.

Now to be fair, I only watched the first 3 episodes of the KH LP and kind of just stopped. I'll assume it got better. DmC LP just has a weird air to it that really rubs me the wrong way, imo. Probably because DmC is kind of a guilty pleasure for me and that and a lot of the things they like in Devil May Cry, or things I just think are okay. (Like how Vergil is just kinda okay )

DmC was fine but in the end, it became background noise because I forgot how most of the levels are just insufferable and boring to go through - nothing that catches your attention like say, the night club level I gave KH three episodes till I tapered off cause I still hate looking at Sora's KH1 design

wELP we're definitely all on some kind of list now. I'm not sure if I'll miss the DmC LP or not. The game really isn't all that interesting outside of one or two neat mechanical ideas, and listening to Pat and Woolie somehow be wrong about the main DMC games while slamming it was great. But it feels like it was a bit a chore for everyone involved.

DmC LP felt like an obligation and it reminded me how much I disliked that game due to how boring and forgettable it is.
