Been going through the Metroid series after never playing any and I've been playing through Super Metroid and Metroid Prime after completing Samus Returns.
Ive been playing System Shock 1 some time ago, finished the mining laser mission so far
the midi and chunky graphics spooks the crap out of me
Me and a few friends still play Half-Life 1 all the time
Just recently tried playing Super Metroid again "for a bit" and ended up 100%-ing it.
Mount & Blade : Warband
Beat Tony Hawk Underground 2 recently.
Still holds up.
Me and my friends still play Dawn of War
I've been on a big Neo-Geo kick lately, especially Fatal Fury.
Real Bout 2 and Mark of The Wolves have become two of my most favorite fighting games.
Postal 2, was great back when I first saw it when it came out and it's still great today.
Also pretty cool that Running With Scissors still supports and patches it.
Every now and then I'll pick out a game that I feel nostalgic for, and play from start to finish. The last one I beat was Halo 2 on PC, and I'm currently playing through Opposing Force atm.
If a particularly interesting community map/episode for Duke3D, Doom, or Unreal comes out, I'll give it a go.
I also used to do a lot of experimenting (mainly custom BSP work) with Halo Custom edition back when I had free time.
Been playing Warcraft 3 for 10+ years at this point and still suck ass but I love it.

RTS games are my thing ever since I was introduced by my cousin to it, I played the hell out of Generals during my childhood and when I heard that Generals had an Expansion pack. I went fucking crazy.
Even to this day, I play a lot of Generals Zero Hour. The modding community of that game is popular and alive. if you ever find yourself trying a mod than playing Vanilla Generals, I'd recommend Rise of The Reds or Shockwave. (it basically adds new factions, units etc)
Donald Duck Goin Quackers.
I had to find a good Dreamcast emulator just so I could remember my childhood.

Love this game. I replay this and Mechwarrior 4 every few years.
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. Probably oldest game I have physical media for and played recently.
Otherwise, Final Fantasy IV. Oldest game I have played on VC recently.

Played me some Dino Crisis recently, still hard as crap for DC1, DC2 is so much more linear in terms of whatcha gotta do. Also RE3: Nemesis.
Ooo and I replayed Pokemon Emerald recently, along with deleting an old save file of mine for Harvest Moon MFoMT, then making the same farm all over again lol not gonna lie, little kid me would've kicked my butt if he knew i deleted one of his saves XD
I've been replaying Deus Ex with GMDX 9.0.3 mod. It's a pretty neat mod, and a nice excuse to replay a classic.

Been playing alot of Star Wars Empire at war (2006), bouncing back between playing with the thrawn's revenge and republic at war mods, people always have servers up too
Duke Nukem 3D is one of those games that I just like to bootup and mess around in.
Makes me like Ion Maiden even more seeing as they've managed to capture so much of what made those Build Engine games so great.
Play Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst with my cousin on occasion.
Have poured hundreds upon hundreds of hours in Diablo 2.
Currently playing through Link to the Past.
CnC Generals and Vice city lately
Eh, I've been burning through old SNES games like Crystalis.
Red Alert 2
I play Halo 2 through MCC all the time, if that even counts. I also play Galaga and Pacman on my uncles arcade unit. Oh, and Crash Bandicoot off of an emulator.
