I've tried to catch up with the Metal Gear Solid series recently.
I'm around MGS 3: Snake Eater and

The System Rift intro is really nice and shows another side to Jensen, but it's a bit jarring when it transitions to in-game dialogue and he's his stoic self again. Same with the ending, there's a long dialogue with Jensen then it transitions to cutscene and he's suddenly cheery again.
This cutscene from the beginning of DMC4, tho.

The whole stylized, high-flying fight inside a gorgeous gothic environment is just balls to the wall awesome.

I think every human being is a hypocrite. At least to some extend, we all are. I would label myself as one. We're not perfect, but we always love to think of ourselves as a species which is capable of good and wrong, and even with the understanding that we aren't perfect, we still at least want to give ourselves a pat on the back for it.
I'm not the most environmental friendly guy, but I'm not going to deny that my actions, however small, isn't causing harm to the environment. I use plastic, I try to reduce it, and I know I am by no means a eco warrior doing every good thing to have zero plastic use, but I do my part to help when I can.
I think the biggest issues with movements today is that people don't seem to see where doing good ends, and extremism starts. If you want to be a eco warrior, stop all forms of plastic, then you should be living in the jungle. Living in the modern society, you have to accept that some part of your actions is going to do harm, and if you know and understand that, then it is fine. But a majority don't, and would refuse to understand that there may be some tiny part of their actions that might not be what they had intended to follow.
I'm just using 'plastic' as an example.
