• Shouting at drivers on their phones

That cop doesn't know their own laws they enforce then.
it was their own honk, not the phone-driver
Depends on the state.
If you're checking something quick and necessary, I agree. If you're ever looking at your phone for entertainment in any situation while driving, you're doing something wrong, though.
Yeah, its called 'slowing the fucking entire road down'
It's called peripheral vision. If you're looking straight down at your feet you're doing it wrong.
Tunnel vision is a bitch. You're not superhuman and you're just as constrained by focus as everyone else.
You're an idiot and get off the road with that shit.
Except I'm not doing it while driving, only while stopped at a red light. I'm harming literally no one because my vehicle isn't moving? You seem to think I'm doing it while barreling through the streets but I'm not.
Tell me what I should be paying attention to while at a red light, for it to turn green? Yes.
The banana bit was really cruel because that looked like a really good banana and I'm really hungry
Not to be an ass, but you are increasing odds of an accident when you fuck with other drivers, they being legal or not If you lack empathy not to consider that then green light to u i guess
Pay attention to what you are doing and stop sexting with your own sister, it can wait dude.. Seriously, stop defending this shit, you are just embarrassing yourself doing it. No one cares about what you think is so important to you that you have to distract from looking at the light. Yes, you shoukd be paying attention, don't be a fool.
Except once again I'm not slowing anyone down by being stopped at a red light. Where are they going? Nowhere, not when the light is still red. When it turns green I move. I've been driving for 9, almost 10 years and still have yet to get into an accident, not even a minor fender-bender. I can see the light turn green through my peripheral vision, I can see the reflection of the light on my dashboard change when the light changes (I'm often driving at night recently due to my job). There are many different ways for me to see when I need to move. I'm not whipping my phone out going 80 down a neighborhood. I'm looking at it only when I've completely stopped moving and am waiting patiently for the light to change.
I didn't know agentfazexx's wife had an account here.
GET OFF YOUR FUCKING PHONE
In some states you’re allowed to use your phone while at a full stop like at a light or at a stop-sign. idk what’s hard tkcgrasp about that, stop jumping donw his throat.
No one cares and no one is impressed.
When you are driving you are always right until it happens to you. Peripheral vision was not made for this. You are assuming that everything around you remains static. What if someone turning next to you has an accident and slips? Asks you to move? Or someone comes with a gun at your window and you don't notice until last moment its body language? Don't underestimate being alert in those few seconds, all that will catch you off guard. And if you are carrying people, it is stressing as fuck to watch for the one sitting next to you. Avoid the constant change of focus.
your peripheral vision is nowhere near as good as you think it is - you can't even tell colours in your peripheral vision. put the phone down you plonk
