Do people really have that hard of a time talking to people on the phone?
I always ring people and hate texting. My girlfriend however only texts people and hates calling, I do not understand it.

There also seems to be a kind of pride people have nowadays about their social inabilities. Sure, people should be able to accept themselves but come on, being uncomfortable around any and all social situation is not something to be showing off or proud of
I don't think most people are proud of it, I know I'm not. These are just jokes.
I have a really hard time understanding people over the phone though. I don't know how anyone can deal with that audio quality. I usually have to ask people to repeat themselves a few times during a conversation.
You know Anita, you sound a bit racist there.
If Penguins can't fly and then Emu's can't fly either and considering we somehow got our asses kicked by a bunch of flightless dumbasses then what does that make Australia?

When it's a pizza place, yeah.
The person on the other end typically has so much noise from the cooking and other customers around them they can barely understand you and no matter how clearly you try to speak there's a good chance they'll get your order wrong. Not to mention if you're using any coupons or anything, trying to cite the number to them is an exercise in frustration.
