Don't want everything to be Americanized you know.
Yeah you're right about that, I went up there recently to visit some roasters and had a great time. Gentrification is working wonders around the country for coffee, here in Bristol it used to just be the hipsters now we've got all kinds coming in requesting their one and ones. It's definitely improving with time, and coffee is my life so I appreciate it.
Good luck with that one, good coffee by american standards seems like candy coffee over here, its just a difference in pallet.
For fucks sake we eat vegemite and legitimately enjoy it.
Work at Starbucks, learn how to make the drinks, make the drinks at home, never go to Starbucks again.
Why do you need to work at Starbucks to learn how to make a bloody coffee? It’s not rocket science
Starbucks cold drinks go alright but I find better quality shit at Zaffarras
Also all the starbucks are in the city, there is none in suburbia or even shopping centres
We have tons of non chain coffee shops offering great coffee
