Animated user backgrounds aren't allowed (there's still a few out there who got in before it was official, guess they get a free pass).

Animated GIF avatars have always been allowed though. You need your uploaded animated GIF to be the exact pixel dimensions of your avatar upload limit for it to work though.

@Hezzy any way to bring back self-post highlights? On the old forum they were this disguising sickly green / yellow color but at least it helped to quickly locate your posts on a page. It would be nice to have something similar here, maybe a slight blue highlight to help identify your own posts.

Hey, just a question.

Considering the rules've been undergoing a major overhaul recently, does the advice that pops up when you open the report menu still apply?
They kinda rule out basically any reason to use the report feature, and we've been seeing an increasing number of decreasingly subtle shitposters across the forum.
