Maybe it's just Inacio's deleted threads from his original account catching up? Those coin and CSS threads really had tons of posts and iirc had numerous versions as well.

i nuked about 40k posts from my own accounts alone (for security reasons, please don't ask) some of the threads had a few hundred posts too but i'm guessing someone else did it, no way that's from my accounts alone

It's kind of funny how the thread turned out, but I'm wondering if these posts that were banned for being personal stuff should be edited out or deleted as well? I mean I guess they can just snip it themselves once they're un-banned and reach an agreement after they cool off from each other, but it does seem like info that shouldn't be spread and left out like that unless it's their own personal info and they willingly do so on their own accord. Okay I’m at work and on my phone I didn’t expect that post. I’ll simplify it and say that I agree and this wasn’t the right way to go about this at all and I do partly understand the frustration but it’s been directed in the wrong way from the beginning and this is just how things are now. We can’t go backwards now and go back to vBulletin.

After a third attempt I finally managed to upload my background and I'm curious if an apostrophe in the file name was what stopped it working the first two times.

This is pretty much it, we have what we've been given and we have to do the best we can with that. I understand it's frustrating for everybody but we've all been here for a long time, we know how things are. Getting aggressive and borderline abusive isn't going to solve anything, in fact it has a chance to put everything backwards. It wasn't long ago that garry was talking about potentially getting rid of the forums, don't give him an excuse to do so. Cooperation is the way forward. I've made it abundantly clear that I'm accessible through Discord pretty much 24/7 and anybody who has contacted me can attest to that. I check the forums as much as I possibly can, some weeks I'm super busy and just crash when I get home from work, other weeks not much happens and I can blitz a load of shit. At the moment there's a lot going on in my life but hopefully it'll calm down in the next few weeks.

So I'm going to be a bit of a dick here: First of all, no one here complaining is going to give this any credence. This isn't a threat or punishment to us. It's a failure. No one is going to read that, from you or garry, and just stop complaining. All the power to him to do it. He's not going to, if you ask me, because he would've done it long ago. But if that's his choice, at this point I support his decision. Do I want that? No. But if that's what this has been allowed to devolve to, then so be it. Cooperation begets cooperation. We haven't had any. We've been constantly left in the dark, you included. There's nothing more we can do except what we are already doing. Which brings me to my next point. What good does contacting you about anything on the forums do for us? You don't actually hold any power besides being a mod with a title, in all honesty; and I don't mean that as an offense. You can't change the rules, you can't fix bugs, you can't change the forums. The only thing you can do is add and remove mods, to enforce rules that don't exist, and that we can't/won't change. Messaging you on Discord is only going to get results if someone is a gimmick or spamming. We aren't going to get any new answers, as much as I wish it were the opposite. My point is, a fair number of people are upset. Nothing is being done about it, and no one is getting answers. The best thing you can do is try to put out fires with a drinking glass, and I do feel bad for you that you're hamstrung like that. garry has never been a good PR guy, and he's never been good at delegating. That's why there's the meme of him hopping projects and things never getting finished. That's why people are mad.
