In the upcoming Switch port of New Super Mario Bros U, they're introducing Toadette as a playable character. By picking up a gold crown mushroom (the one seen in panel 3), she turns into "Peachette". For Nintendo, this is just a way to get the floaty gameplay of Peach, in a game where Peach has been (spoilers) fucking kidnapped again. But the fandom is trying to make actual logical sense out of it, like what would happen if anyone else used it and so on. And probably drawing some weird fucking porn, but I haven't looked yet.
