I think you mean *someone raising his fists and beginning to beat the shit out of you you can be killed by a punch, my low IQ friend, so it's completely justifiable to kill someone if they're trying to beat you to a pulp
What did you mean by this?
So you would shoot someone in the face if they intended on fist fighting you?
You have nothing intelligent to say, nothing to contribute to the thread. You are just spouting shit that is demonstrably false, has been demonstrated as false, and continue to argue as if it was otherwise. Your entire argument is hinged on facts that do not exist in this case and not being honest about the situation. You are at best a shitposter and at worst a malignant liar. The situation did not happen as you try to portray it, everyone can see it including you, you just are refusing to admit it. At the end of this, you will have lost this fight, regardless of whatever you may believe. There is no situation in which you will be correct. The circumstances of the shooting are on camera, the actions of all parties can be seen. What you want to believe happened has no relationship to the reality of what occurred. The man threatened them, the man attacked them, the man got shot by them for it, that is what will always be true.

This isn't your average everyday ignorance. This is...advanced ignorance.
If they tried to attack me after repeatedly threatening to kill me and my family, yes. No one is obligated to allow themselves to come to harm for the sake of someone else.
The guy surrendered his only weapon to two gun wielding men, they technically executed an unarmed man in front of his wife. Really really dumb idea to threaten to kill people who are clearly more armed than you are, that's Darwin Award material without a story or any true context.
Couldn't have said it better myself.
That's because you're an idiot.
If they were intending to smash my head into the fucking pavement with their fists or beat me until I'm in a coma? Yes, I would shoot them, it's not that hard to understand that you meet lethal force with lethal force Well, unless you only have about 4 functioning brain cells, my dude
Yes hello 911 i just witnessed a second murder on the internet
hahahahahahaha
perfect
you're just embarrassing, please stop
but then bits like that wouldn't happen
yeah you're a real chaotic agent. you're just like deadpool!
DC is better
Do you not understand when lethal force is okay to be used? Like, c'mon, stop being...well, stop acting like a mouthbreathing, glue-eating, self fellating idiot, okay?
Hey don’t bring us self fellaters into this dudes camp alright?
Lethal force is justified only under conditions of extreme necessity, when all lesser means have failed or cannot reasonably be employed.
While I think the two with the guns should have left and called the police the guy who died was an absolute fucking moron. He has a past of violent behaviour and was clearly a very unhinged person. The shooting was justified. If you want to live don't threaten to kill people with firearms then grab a baseball bat and attack them with it.
Including the threat of imminent bodily harm, such as from a man attacking you with a bat.
Yeah, definitely. A bat can kill you with one swing to the noggin.
Yes.
Nearly a kilogram of full wood or steel swinging at your face is going to fucking kill you.
Yeah it fucking can lmao. As multiple people have said over the past 13 pages.
It isn't looking good for the two. https://sanangelolive.com/news/crime/2018-09-21/abilene-police-chief-releases-more-information-murder-caught-video On September 1, 2018, the Abilene Police Department began investigating a shooting in the alley behind the 4300 block of Don Juan. It was determined that John Miller and Michael Miller discharged firearms at Aaron Howard after engaging in an argument about the placement of a box spring in the alley, killing him. When the first shots were fired, Aaron had a bat in his hand and was approximately seven feet from John Miller, who was the closest to him. When Michael Miller discharged his shotgun and John Miller fired the final two rounds from his pistol, Aaron Howard was unarmed. Both the Millers admitted to shooting Howard. John and Michael Miller were taken into custody without incident this afternoon (9/21/'18) after the 42nd District Court reviewed the initial bonds and raised them to $250,000 each.
I'm 99% sure Staggr is actually Bee York
I think you're under the impression that I was being sarcastic, which is false.
