One of my all-time favorite guns, almost looks like the American counterpart to the Kalashnikov. Shame it never took off, good reasons for it, but still a shame because it looks rugged and beautiful.

The stock also has a detachable cheek piece for when they're not using a face shield though a lot of times they don't even bother with it
No wonder I instantly fell in love, the G36c is my favourite rifle

Weren't they also using old anti-aircraft guns to force clouds to rain? I think I remember seeing an article about that awhile back.
Seriously though, it's actually a pretty clever idea, getting fire retardant directly into the heart of the blaze will put it out much faster than simply pouring in from the edges, especially on high rise buildings where pouring/spraying from hoses outside is difficult at best.
