Fun stuff, when I was playing Skyrim for the first tim,e which was when all the DLCs were out, I accidentally did Dragonborn way early than you were supposed to and for the rest of the game anytime I'd stumble upon a dragon, I'd just use the Shout you get in the DLC for making the dragon your pal and just ride them around for a bit before letting them ago.
