After watching this again, it's amazing just how good all the different versions of Spidey are. Each one has great character to them, with my personal favs being tired and gruff Peter Parker, Gwen Stacey, and Nic Cage of course

I understand Peni's redesign is more for group dynamic than anything but all I think when I see it is a 50 year old producer saying
"What do ya mean moody and angsty? Dem animoos and wifi's are all cutesy lil girls, my son watches em. Throw some emoji's/daft punk on the robot, kids'll love it"

venom second post credits scene is like a 5 minute excerpt from this film and it was the best thing about watching venom. colourful, funny and kinetic it looks real gud
