I ran 1 km non stop today.
It's not much but it's big for me as a personal achievement.
I started training to run 5km, it will take 6 weeks and I just completed Week 2.
Usually after performing main scheduled tasks for the programme - I do one final push and run as long as I can.
Today I was able to run 1 km (for 6 minutes) non stop and didn't feel like dying afterwards, it feels like a big progress considering I could't run even 10 meters before without dying of shortness of breath.
I started to love running, it feels great afterwards.
Nope, haven't barfed at all. Mostly just feeling off-balanced and lightheaded.
Also can't seem to keep my grip on anything, so when I did finally make myself something to eat, I ended up dropping a peanut butter jar a few times before I got it over to the counter.
Undertale is the casey bat of the earthbound family of RPGs. It misses a lot but when it hits it's almost always 10/10 for the person in question. Here we witness this statistical fact at work.
