I think that might be importing raw resources for example if you have oil power plants but you dont have any oil mined in your city

I was thinking it was due to Commercial, which drops dramatically during the night. What you suggest is new to me and could possibly be the culprit. I have an oil industry that dried up, so now it's just refineries that ship in crude and export oil. I assumed they were just making money off that though, but if they're actually losing my money I should get rid of them.

Living in California
Grandma recently has been allowed out of the hospital now, with proper medication and stabilizing resources and equipment to bring at home with her to keep her healthy. We're still waiting for the results of her biopsy, and we really are hoping it's not cancer or anything too serious. She thankfully didn't had to get through surgery, initially it was diagnoses there were a lot of fluids in her lungs that needed to be drained out. At the last minute after her biopsy, rather than surgery it was determined it was actually possible to just medicate it with the amount of fluids not as dire as initially thought.
Was really distraught to see her weak for the past week but we're glad to be able to celebrate her birthday a few days ago and had been able to keep her and everyone's spirits up. She's starting to eat more often now and is gaining some of her lost weight, hopefully it keeps on steady and make a full recovery. It's hard to not get tearful talking to her while helping her out with basic stuff like helping her sit up and bringing her food. She's not the lovey-dovey sweet kind of grandma but I really can't resist at times on just wanting to hug her.
Just a friendly reminder everyone here as well, give your loved ones a hug or a happy greeting and a smile whenever you can, it's easy to forget sometimes simple interaction like that with how busy life is.
I will glare at the crotch of the next poster.
