Hezzy normally I think people are too hard on you but this right here is ridiculous.
You can't rely on the subject of an experiment to accurately report the effects on themselves. You need an outside observer to record these things to avoid personal biases. You're also asking for only one applicant, which is a terrible sample size. Hell, you don't even have a control group to pour water or whatever into their asses so you can compare results.
Your scientific method is atrocious and you should be ashamed. I refuse to believe this was officially sanctioned by Cherry Sours™, I hope you have a good lawyer for when they find out about this and they sue you for damages.
