As often as this is posted and people ask for source, I've never actually bothered reading it.
Is it actually worth reading for more than just knowing what it's about?

The best part about it is how all radically different (but believable) the 'gameplay' on the footage are but 99% of them don't actually represent the actual gameplay. (There's really no action or direct controlled gameplay, it's one of those 'strategy' games where you press a button, and wait hours until the thing finishes, or pay up so it can finish instantly.)
It's alright
It's a very depressing story with an even more depressing ending. I think it got a lot of attention because it's a fairly grounded and somewhat realistic depiction of an ordinary girl falling into a downward drug-induced prostitution spiral, and it's not just a short dozen page hentai but it's actually a long-winded story with over a couple hundred pages.
In terms of setting and theme. Sure it's still a hentai that goes into some contrived lengths and scenarios to lead onto questionable and disturbing sex scenes, but it's not just some quick one-off fantasy snippet about some orc goblin monster with a huge penis screwing women.
Lonely people with a lack of self confidence and going through depression doping up and sexualizing themselves just for attention and love while being manipulated by horrible people taking advantage of their situation is a thing that unfortunately can happen in reality.
There's also a stolen asset from one of the Twisted Metal games at 10:47 in the video (you might have to pause it to see it). They have the Sweet Tooth model being used in that scene, just without the fire on the head and with pink hair instead of orange.
