Wait I don't get the point in how twitter blocking works. What's the purpose in preventing a specific person from viewing your tweets when they're publicaly accessible by anyone who isn't logged in?
Blocking, more importantly, prevents interactions. They are used to prevent people who might spam your Twitter more than to prevent them from seeing it. While I'm not always a fan of it, the blocklists have been far more lax in recent memory.
Yeah, being able to prevent someone from spamming you makes sense, but the part where they can't see your tweets is just pointless. You can just open up a private window and see them anyway.
