I know this is a bunch of pages back, but if you're wondering, no, Milk and Cookie wasn't trolling or anything, he's genuinely one of the dumbest people I've encountered, as he can't even hold regular conversations without it devolving into insane ramblings that have nothing to do with the actual conversation.
Why do I know this? Oh, the guy just shows up in random twitter threads as recently as this year and I've seen him show up in people's personal twitter conversations to yell utterly incomprehensible nonsense completely unrelated to anything people are talking about
