I enjoyed a lot Feeble Oaf's posts outside of Oify, I just wish he wasn't a dumb edgelord inside of Oify.
OIFY was a laid back forum with no rules. It was pretty much an on-going social experiment. It took various forms over the past 10 years or so, some good and some bad. The current lot were just complete shit. There's no value in keeping it around anymore.
Honestly OIFY just seemed incredibly cringe and unfunny. Half the thread titles were "faggot" or "niggers" by the same two or three people who apparently have nothing better to do with their time.

If that's true, was it done with such malicious and targeted intent before? I have a feeling it was just edgy bantering between people who would expect this sort of thing, not a deliberate "attack" on a bunch of people because he can't argue solid points.
Making it visible was the mistake I think, it should have remained the forum that you can only access by knowing the URL, people would only know about it if someone happened to mention it and if they got curious enough to ask about it and maybe get an answer.

He knows as well as everyone else that the rules and standards change.
It's been functionally dead since greeman left and should've been deleted 10 years ago. Almost everybody cool moved offsite or stopped using forums, I only came back to see everything get deleted. Was a great place to test out vbulletin specific spambot code, but even 5 years ago nobody was around to complain.
OIFY was just a Chinese knockoff of /b/ anyway.
