LEGO General v.1 - I am bad with titles, but Hidden Side is Spooky!

Anna reusing the Dorothy hair
A perfectly ordinary semi-truck:
So, I managed to collect the entirety of Bionicle G2 due to it bombing and always being on sale. I haven't been content with just displaying the sets as they are, though. I've combined each hero's Master and Uniter form into a singular figure.
Sometimes I've also deviated even further:
And with the leftover pieces, I've built a set of six Dark Masters:
(I'm working my way through posting them all on Twitter. I'll update you all when I've finished the rest.)
Finally completed my Lego Movie 2 Minifigure set
3 things at first sight:
The Batmobile is a minifig-scaled version of the 2006 UCS set.
It seems we won't get a DCEU Shazam set. Shame, they tended to be relatively low priced and have some nifty designs - this also means no Sivana fig.
Plenty of small new parts
It's about time that Lego implemented some of the latest advancements in nano-technology into their bricks.
Every time there is April Fools, lego gives us a fake app or gadget that would be amazing to have irl. Why are you like this Lego
Played a WHOLE LOT of Risk of Rain 2 for past few days, and have made this boy (Engineer)!
I don't play him much but I had an inspo and decided to do that!
+bonus "Tough Times" item from the game
Christian Faber is one of THE guys behind First Generation of bionicle (2001 thru 2010). And he is supposedly going to want to work on a Bionicle project, or even has one already! Its been confirmed by him that it isnt an aprilfools thing!
On the road to Endgame, I finally completed a project that I started some time ago: a MOD for the IW Hulkbuster.
Still editing pics of the full remake I've done with the War Machine Buster - at this point I'd call that one a MOC.
Got all of my Lego Star Wars Sets together
Back at it again with another Buster, this time War Machine.
Eyyy, I just finished a pretty model:
Naboo Starfighter with the UCS chrome parts! 20th tribute to the original Naboo Fighter's setup:
'nother Star Wars trophy: Scored the old 2002 Jango Fett's Slave I model off eBay for a good price. Knowing that the model, while decent for its time, could use modern improvement, and that I'm eyeing the new 20th Boba Fett edition of the ship, I dug out my old 2006 set of Boba's Slave I in preparation and started mashing together. Thus, this set:
plus this set:
Became this rebirth:
really these old star wars sets are bittersweet to look at, theyre so nostalgic for me cause i remember just looking through catalogs hoping some day i'd be able to get my hands on some of these older ones but i never did and was too young to work and buy them myself so i never had any of these
my exact sentiment. tfw my mom called the number on the back of the rock raiders CD to see if they still sold the sets but they were of course long gone
I was just today at the release of a new Architecture set, with signing by the designer: http://avenueofbricks.com/21045-trafalgar-square-london-release-event-report/
But there is more interesting, or should I say stranger, things coming... https://brickset.com/article/43487/midnight-opening-event-at-london-s-leicester-square-store
Is that legit? If so, my cousin's gonna love this, she's a huge fan of the show.
LEGO's boundaries for mature content tie-ins are pushed once again.
It's being announced very soon:
Admiral please tell me you'll be there at the midnight opening
I will (and will also take lots of pics) - currently figuring out the "how to go back home" part (London night tube is only weekends and this is on a Wednesday), but I guess I'll take a cab or something.
However I'm not completely sure if I'll be able to buy the set.
I'm still surprised that Lego would go with Stranger Things though, wonder why they didn't continue to pursue the Doctor Who sets
Doctor Who is mostly famous in the UK - I don't think the IDEAS/Dimensions sets sold that well outside of Britain.
Stranger Things however has had a bigger impact almost everywhere in the West (don't know how famous it is in Middle East/Asia) + nostalgia factor - look at how recently they've started doing 80's franchises in IDEAS/DImensions.
