I've been pretty frustrated with my inability to post damn near anything. I'm tired of being a lurker, but I don't feel like I have anything worth adding to discussions.

So apparently all my drives magically just stopped showing up in BIOS, except one which doesn't have an os. Even my NVME just fucking cloaked what the fuck is this bullshit I double checked every single cable.

Apparently,the 4k words limit on research is actually on my teacher fault. She though it lowered the cap,but turn out she forgot that our original limit is 2K Im glad that its not her intention to do that absurd stuff. But at same time,its a pretty big morale killer,and the damage was done. Moral of story: Don't be afraid to protest if you feel the assignment you got is ridiculous.

This is something I had for a long time. Usually I think of our body as a clean and slick unified entity. Then I kind of realize how fucking disgusting every individual organism is. Sometimes I lie down paralyzed thinking of how horrifying it must be to analyze each part up close. It just feels weird.

Personally I don't have much of an issue with being a glorified meatbag, as long as it remains a healthy one.

I think it's something to do with Facebook's "Top Fan" system, if you comment/share enough posts by a page you become a top fan and your comments are higher up in terms of relevancy. so people are just exploiting it I guess Anyway, a friend of mine is very differently politically aligned than I am, and that's fine with me, I like to have my views challenged or hear alternate viewpoints. Yesterday however, he started talking about how abortion is wrong, going as far to say "you'd kill a baby!" to me, and I know the only reason he's doing so is because the whole pro-life movement is entrenched in far right viewpoints, not to mention he's a Trump sychophant so he blindly supports anything that spastic says. In all the years I've known him he's never once voiced a stance on abortion until now when it's the hot topic, and of course he has any derivative right-wing rhetoric opinion that he's taken from reading online somewhere. It gets to the point where I question if I actually enjoy being friends with people like this.

You ever get fucking gaslighted by a machine? For some reason one of my spare laptops won't recognize any login password I give it, despite using it not that long ago and using the same fucking password. I've tried at least 50 different combinations of new and old passwords and it just will not work, and stupid me made the hint absolutely useless; "old". Thanks past me. I don't log into it using my Microsoft account since it's a travel computer and may get stolen, so nobody could've hacked into it and changed it or anything. What the FUCK is going on. I feel like I'm going clinically mad.

It doesn't get me as mad as it gets me disappointed, but getting into a fandom too late. It's happened more than once. Recently I really got into Warhammer Fantasy (mostly the lore and videogames, not the tabletop), which I came to enjoy much more than Warhammer 40K, only to find out the setting was killed off in 2015 to market Age of Sigmar, which doesn't have anywhere near as much charm. I find it very difficult to find people to speak to about it, and while I'm thankful games like Vermintide and Total War Warhammer are helping keep the setting alive for a while longer, it's only gonna last so long. It's not even the first time I find something which seems super cool and worth being a fan of only to find out it's pretty much already dead.
