we're just starting out. we're trying to be self reliant. we can't afford to pay thousand dollar bills hosting PNGs/multiple versions for compatibility.
webp also makes pages load faster. we're using everything we can to make this as fast as we can. webp allows us to make the site faster and hosting cheaper. a very small part of the userbase sadly is left out until Apple decides to stop being the new IE6.

Idk about you but rating winner and funny on a thread about an absolute shitload of people who probably don't deserve it getting doxxed seems pretty comparable to the transgender harassment thread.

I wasn't keeping super close attention to the discussion other than that there was a talk about it so I wasn't 100%. I wish either the rules page would exist again or we could have a dedicated thread page like posting guidelines so these things could be set in stone.
That won't happen, the only response you'll get from mods is probably going to be "just join Knockout lol"
I figured. I get that garry has all but abandoned this place but it's really frustrating when the only people who are in any real position of power to do literally anything, especially when that anything wouldn't take much effort (read: make a thread and pin), say "lolnope" and walk off.
