Read into the words, Clovis. The forum is dead. Garry just doesnt feel like updating it, that's obvious from the way he has acted in the past. You think this forum will last? What do you define as dead? When you're the last person posting because the plug wasn't pulled will it still be 'alive'?

Hasn't been any new features added in 6+monyhs, FB auth is still fucked. Mod tools are incomplete and buggy. Using it on phones is worse than old punch on vbulletin. Bans are fucked. Garry has been notified of all of these and more. Still no activity. In fact we even lost features like the statistics, that was REALLY neat.

Don't cut yourself on all that edge bud or you'll be dead before the forums are.

Basically, take the classic "dead game is dead lol" argument and apply it to the forum as it stands. Off topic but man is that argument old and annoying at this point, speaking as someone who continually latches to "dead" games.

As much as I'd love to see a hostile takeover happen in real time, quite a few people would probably dislike that and refuse to transition on principle alone. I still don't see the point in sticking around FP. If everyone agrees to transition at once it'll be like nothing changed. It'd just be FP with (yet another) new coat of paint.

I'm glad someone is making a followup to facepunch but I'm saddened that myself as well as other people were close to having 15 year old accounts.

I'd like to have a look at the alternate timeline where I didn't join FP because I'm not sure if this place has made me a better person or a worse one. I'm really not sure. For better or for worse this stinky website has defined a neat slice of my life for I think seven or eight years now so thanks nerds u a real bunch

Something I've always really liked about this community/site is reading a headline and immediately seeing input from several real and (usually) reasonable people instead of some Joice Mcbitchcunt splorting her opinion all over a comments section because she saw and believed an article that was debunked on Snopes 4 years ago. You can't get banned for being morbidly stupid and ignorant on Facebook.

Is Facepunch slow for anyone else? I can load other websites fine but it takes minutes to navigate the Facepunch, and the "user scripts" aren't working.

FP is lagging like hell and scripts appear to be completely broken since my dark theme just died Good lord everything is so washed out and bright I can hardly see anything, this is what the forums look like normally? Jesus Christ
