Anyone knows good sauces or pastes or anything to add to hamburgers? Tomorrow I'll cook some and I need to add some spicy stuff to 'em.
Well, there's always the classic ketchup and mustard to rely on, but there's also a variety of different ketchups and mustards you could use. You can also use a variety of barbecue sauces, mayo, thousand island dressing (a very small amount, just enough to spread on one side of the bun with a butter knife), tobasco sauce (if anyone enjoys it), various hot sauces, that fry sauce stuff that's actually just mayo and ketchup mixed together, and sriracha sauce.
I know some of those might sound a bit weird to have on a burger, but they're surprisingly not that bad.
