i don't really know who dogbomb is but he unfortunately passed away recently
Just read about his story a little while ago. He's a nice, wholesome furry who's been struggling with ALS for a little over a year. His story seems to have been picking up for a week or so, and despite just knowing about him a few hours ago, my heart breaks just seeing this happening to him, and I can't help but feel a bit teary-eyed over this.
Have in mind ALS (if you don't remember everyone doing the ice bucket challenge at the time) is the desease where your muscles start having spasms and atrophy, eventually causing the affected not to be able to breathe. He decided to go out happy on his own terms and took medically-assisted suicide after doing everything he wanted to do, before he lost control over his body.

That's the few examples of it, and the noble symptom as long the ALS continue infected the victim's body, will permanently paralyzed them as that happen with Stephen Hawking from 1963 to his death.
