Haha oc_harvest is actually my direct inspiration!! I'm glad you noticed. I'm basically going to copy features of oc_harvest for my "1.0" target. I've already diverged quite a bit, but oc_harvest is one of the best harvest moon style games I've played.
I haven't been planning for multiplayer, though it's not out of the question! It shouldn't be too hard to set up some RPC calls to have players running around together at least.
