This is the dumbest game of Tic Tac Toe I've ever seen
Either Le Chiffre didn't start in the middle (any idiot knows you start in the middle) and Bond didn't take the middle after Le Chiffre failed to, or Le Chiffre got 2 in a row, Bond for some reason then failed to block him, and then Le Chiffre, instead of going for the winning move, put an X on the other side just to prolong his win.
Pretty much on par with movie tier gameplay in anything.

While I'm here. Do any of you champs have that skyrim gif of the player running away from a rapey orc? He, like, runs past some old lady giving a handy in the middle of the street and looks back at it all like "What the fuck?"
Most people I know start with a corner, that pretty much forces the game into either a win for the first player (if the second player lets them set up a guaranteed win) or a draw (if the second player preemptively counters all the first player's setups).
Tic Tac Toe is a boring game.
