She is from pornography comic, which is about a nice, innocent schoolgirl becoming a coke whore, who then becomes too addicted and pregnant, and then just dies from overdose. It was so soul-crushing, there is even an edit with Josuke from JoJo healing her, which is apparently created by original author himself.
