Not sure if it counts as a spoiler for Endgame since it's literally just this character doing the same thing he's done since before the first Avengers movie, but I'll link it to be safe.
If anything it's kinda misleading to people who haven't seen it since, due to his history their first thought will be he faked his own death for the fourth or fifth time, rather than it actually happening in the past.
Are they really talking about the game where you can stand completely still and enemies will either miss you or hardly attack at all, and you can just shoot everything without bothering to use your sword
Did YOU know norse mythology trickster Loki and Venture Brothers villain The monarch were apparently the same person?

I know this is old but my fucking store I work in started playing this song and every time it plays this pops into my brain.
Did I miss something
when does that happen in endgame
loki steals the tesseract after a botched attempt at sneaking it out from tony's tower after he was captured. it's the scene where the hulk busts out of the stairway very angrily because he hates stairs
I don't get the Metal Gear part.
oh FUCK you're right, I actually remember noticing that during the movie
wow I'm actually glad I love Loki and can't wait for Thor to tell him that he mourned him for the 50th time

I've done the math and assuming there's somewhere in the ballpark of like 100 trillion dollars on the planet you'd just have to write a script that looks something like this on a laptop or whatever:
for i = 1, 10000000000000 do
playSound("shit.wav")
end
To effectively owe him more money than there is on the planet and therefore make it an unpayable fine. If it's more or less physically impossible to pay the fine then you don't have to.
