What if your partner doesn't love you any more? What if your partner is cheating and you still have feelings for him?
Well,
you don't know what to do when things aren't really that great, so
that's what I am going to cover in the blog post. But first, you
probably all think "the most powerful way is to avoid conflict." That is
absolutely true. That's what it should really be about because conflict
is terrible for you but it is a really, really good thing to avoid. But
I like to think there is more to this than just avoiding conflict, I
like to think there is a deeper side to conflict and that is an ability
to learn what causes conflict and how to reduce it. I have talked this
before on the blog and it is this idea: The only way to make things
better is to decrease the need for conflict and to learn to appreciate
conflict and avoid it.
Why, you say?
Because if you don't
learn to appreciate conflict then you could soon decide conflict will
never matter in the future. I hate to make this sound so self-deluding,
but if you do learn how to appreciate conflict and how to make less of
an effort to avoid conflict then you will be in a much better position
in the future. If we were
