I remember the Christmas thing we did where we all jumped in a HL1 server and tried to kill postal as he taujumped around like a madman. If we can pull that sort of thing off but with either a way bigger playercount or multiple servers that would be perfect.
Can be done at any time.
this thing but irl and we're trying to slap @postal s ass
i'd love some FP pins or something for sure, it'd be great to have something physical to remember my days on these forums with
A Facepunch Pin would be a great way to capstone a part of my life with this site as i move to Knockout.
Facepunch keyrings could be cool too
I would absolutely love an FP Patch with my username!!! I have 3 FP Stickers on treasured items already ❤️❤️❤️
A lot of people are saying it could be used to pay the mods. I'm not sure about the idea myself but a lot of people are calling for it
Patches can be quite expensive; I did a run with some KOC patches and they were £8 a piece (but you get a discount for a bulk order, down to £6)
The quality was okay but not stellar.
I think the pins would be a very cost efficient way of doing it; 1000 of them for about £530.
I wouldn't be adverse to a community raffle stream again, but preferably I wouldn't want to be planning it all on my own. I'd prefer just to throw money at people and do some talking
Can we maybe give LadySevacre a couple bucks?
I think that would be money well-spent.
I'd be down to help organize and host the raffle again like I did before.
Well I know myself and @Taliyah stream, we could assist in that regard for a community event.
I could probably get a fairly cheap offer on PVC patches from a local supplier. I'd definitely vote we get classic red & white FP patches to commemorate our favorite site.
Badgerhound on here somewhere has facepunch patches in, might want to hit him up for a deal.
Could also rent a place for a month, cram it with facepunch users and stream it as a warning for future forums.
Nothing could go wrong.
Oh god please I don't think I could handle being with random FP users unless I've known you for years.
I would absolutely love a Facepunch Pin, but the real issue for me would be shipping it to my country. The probability of customs messing up and losing such a small object would be pretty high.
I wouldn't mind paying for the pin and the shipping costs at all, though.
Well I can say it wouldn't take much to get a load of stock in for say pins, get a little web front store up and let people put orders in.
It'd be a case of first come first serve but it'd certainly work.
Theres free storefronts that let you setup these little temporary online stores easily.
Admit it, you miss boostar and you wish you were a mod back then
Pretty expensive but if you want to blow it all on one thing then T-shirts? Would love a red t-shirt with the logo on it
Could add hoodies to that too.
Lots of places do it with either a small commission or could do it for a discount.
Maybe spreadshirt can help out here.
hoodies would be awesome, i need more hoodies
If we’re talking hoodies make them good hoodies, not the awful under armor poly shit that gets all staticy. Those suck.
Hoddies/ T-shirts would be great. The fund probably wouldnt cover the demand but you could use it to discount them?
I would outright pay (whether directly or to a charity of your choice @Hezzy ) for a pin for my collection.
hoodies would be absolitely neat, since it's my favourite article of clothing.
Ideally I'm not going to accept any new money, the goal would be to get rid of what we've currently got
If there are still a significant amount of people wanting whatever we go with (patches or pins or whatever) then we could look at organising production runs. I don't mind spending some time shipping shit places.
it's absolutely vital that if you go for hoodies that you weigh up the costs with the potential for them to be shite.
you want good quality blanks (i.e, not gildan or some other wank), and embroidery is preferable to printing imo.
a worthwhile hoodie is a pretty pricey proposition compared to pins and patches
shouldn't have banned Tudd we'd have millions in the fund right now
Patch or pin still sounds good to me. It's simple and a nice item to have to remember this community and the good times.
Stickers are also extremely cheap, would be a nice option as well.
