Why is it still Snowy? Can't we just kill the snow now? It's almost April FFS
Snow was about 3 inches deep this morning. By 3pm it was all gone. Global Warming.
I got somewhere I don't want to be tomorrow so I'm hoping it snows hard and maybe it'll get cancelled
snow round 3 due for friday apparently. i'm loving this shit
Anyone in this thread live in a one room apartment? Trying to get a good estimate on decent monthly rent I've found a place for £460 a month in the center of the city, yet to see inside but i figured that was a good price
I've also found one bedrooms to be total rip offs if you're going solo but it depends heavily on area. The price you've listed isn't too bad though.
So... Apparently there will be yet another Beast from the East coming? Its time to stop.
Snow is nice and its pretty but I don't get paid if the trains aren't running and I can't get to work so kinnnndly fuck off please.
just got invited for an interview to be a cleaner at the local Harvester, its all up from here lads
Better than jack shite mate so give it your best shot.
It depends on the general market rates of the area, and the EPC rating needs to be taken into account. So my flat is slightly cheaper than most places, however I really want to move because the area and the neighbours are shit. But other places I view are half the size, with no shower, and a weird kitchen taking up half the front room (I suppose if you're into that sorta thing it's good, I just don't like having to look at my washing up), for at least £50 more a month. My old flat was a studio and had an EPC rating F, so my electric bills were around £40 just for this tiny living space. My current flat is EPC A so it's £31 for gas and electric, water is around £27 for showers every day. I would also recommend looking into council tax for the area, because mine has just gone up by 7% and it's hitting me hard.
