being gay is illegal in many african and asian countries. you should think about that before you do something so culturally insensitive

Almost as bad as when we got moved to general discussion Almost On the plus side I managed 175kg for 2*2 on squats today, which is more than double bodyweight so I'm happy

Anybody got new heavy metal/death metal/metal metal they found, mein playlist is getting old
I've been getting into kettlebell swings and get ups finally, and they're fun as fuck. Gets ups in particular also hard as fuck. Eventually plan to evolve into more kettlebell exercises, but I'm entirely new to them so not rushing it. Going by Pavel's Enter the Kettlebell, anyone ever try it?
Welcome to a little game I like to call "I hope this enough meat for the entire week." https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/599/9ea4fafe-218c-47f1-b09f-324321b03488/20180316_175009.jpg
how do people meal prep or buy groceries for a whole week? chicken starts to smell like shit after a few days and it's awkward enough buying 2kg at a time let alone 5
I buy 5kg frozen chicken at a time, and sometimes pick up lean beef/turkey/whatever is on sale. I put whatever i need in the fridge the day before to thaw. It just becomes routine, 2 chicken breast from the freezer to the fridge before bed.
Well, we're going to start by having you wake up at 3:30 in the morning, get you out at work by about 5:00, work until 4:30 in the evening. Get home around 5:30, change, and go see your trainer at 6:00. Get back home at 7:15, eat and shower. Then, it's time for bed at 8:30, so we can do it all again the next day. We'll have that routine Monday through Friday. What you will find is that the ONLY time you have to meal prep is on Saturday and Sunday.
What are good strength gain exercises? Summer is near and I might have a job that requires some strength
I vacuum sealer bags of meat frozen from the store with spices and aromatic vegetables, then cook sous vide all day while I'm at work. Easy prep and consistent results. Some meats I put in over my lunch break. Occasionally I do mini quiches and cook overnight.
Squats, deadlifts, bench and overhead press
Yeah general compound exercises
405 squat for a single, gonna go for a 2*2 or a 3*2 probably monday or tuesday, wasnt feeling the strength today
Since the topic was moving towards meal prep, I have a question for you guys: I started working out seriously about a year ago, 3 times a week with a trainer, and twice weekly by myself. I'm doing it for athleticism (racing) so I'd like to try and maintain a low body weight (no higher than 160lb preferably) and I'm currently sitting at 150. I try to eat as clean as I can, but due to a lack of time during the week and knowledge of cooking I mostly find myself eating out and it's difficult to maintain a clean diet that way. I'm perfectly okay with spending all day Sunday making meals for M-F so are there any good guides out there for beginners to meal prep and easy, simple meals that will keep for up to 5 days? I don't really 'enjoy' eating so eating the same thing every day is acceptable to me if it helps in my goal of eating clean.
what's your job ? if you're lugging boxes around all day all you'll need is right technique, and maybe grip strength
Somebody posted a good pull routine several weeks ago but I didn't manage to save it before the old thread went down with oldpunch. It was along the lines of 1 vertical pull, 1 horizontal pull and then some other stuff? Something for delt health at the end if I recall correctly? Does that ring a bell for anyone here?
