Rustlin jimmies up in the news threads. I remember why I got banned again, these pussy liberals cant handle the truth
Most fp users are depressed unemployed trannies
So much for "I don't shitpost". This is a thread about weightlifting and general fitness, not your blog. Nobody gives a fuck.
All he does it shitpost and get banned, I don't know why some people here love him so much as to include him in the thread title and encourage his shit. Is there a thread anywhere for running? I'm getting quite into running lately and don't know whether to post things like that here or in another thread
Because it's funny. This is more of a general fitness/nutrition thread than just a weight lifting thread although most of us do some weightlifting, so it would go in here.
Haven't been on FP in years. Lots of new changes. Any people from the old fitness forum still on here? Perfumly, Casus, etc.? I've been focusing on powerlifting for now. Got 1 rm day next week. hoping for a 400 lb squat, 335 lb bench, and 445 lb deadlift.
I've started to get into running too, but I havent been giving it my full attention, only going once or twice a week. My goal right now is to run 5k in about 25 - 30 mins which seems reasonable, and then maybe train towards 10k. I can run 2k in about 10 mins before my legs give up, my cardio is fine, barely out of breath, but my muscles arent used to this kind of steady state work.
Hey so I got a problem. I've been sad af for the last year and didn't lift a lot like I used to and its caused me to lose some muscle mass... Now that doesn't sound so bad right but my issues is, I lost a majority of my muscle mass in JUST MY LEFT ARM mostly the delt and tricep. Now I have scoliosis so my muscles have always been underdeveloped on that side but its like ridiculously noticeable and really bringing me down. I've been reading up on tutorials for correcting muscular imbalances by using that arm more and doing extra reps but with my scoliosis using that arm is painful and always has been. Is there some special routine or lifting exercise i can do that could even things out?
I still oly lift a little. Have definitely not made any major gains in a while, but I still have fun with them. I actually just met a nice female around my age that happens to have some competition and coaching experience. Maybe she can help me get a bit more on track with it, as a hobby thing. In the mean time I've been trying to balance strength and endurance training. https://imgur.com/a/MhWKt Found this in the Google Waldo thing. Feels like they were inspired by the don't skip leg day meme.
Box squatted 505 for 3 this morning. Holy dick am I just absolutely shot after that
I'm looking at a significant increase in spare time the next few weeks. Thinking of switching to a 6 day routine rather than my current 3 week Madcow routine. Any good recommendations? I've been looking at something push-pull (like this)
You could keep doing madcow and add a bodybuilding accessory day on the day after volume day
SCKOOL SUX I JSUT WANNA HIT BICEPS ALL DAY AND NOT DO HOMEWORK AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
How much do you guys strict curl?
So I was finding I was plateauing quite badly and getting bored of lifting a while ago, just before I got dragged into a white collar boxing event for charity, now my fight night is on Saturday and my fitness levels have improved dramatically, but boy can I not wait to get back to normal weightlifting instead of constant cardio Think it'll really help me when I get back to it! (Side note: I am fucking terrified)
