Spaghetti aglio e olio is a pretty simple pasta recipe that also a really nice pasta preparation. It's nice because you can easily pair it with some meat or some shit to make it a bit more of a meal without ruining the simplicity of the dish. Binging with Babish has two videos about it (one's just a recipe and the other also involves making the pasta) and they both are pretty good at teaching it.
