New forum doesn't use bbcode, just paste the url into your post and it'll automatically embed.
You can also upload directly to the forums if you don't want to bother with external hosts.

I tried using just the url first and it didn't seem to work. It didn't even make it a link. It was just plain text.
Then I tried bbcode, then tried using the "link" button on the post editor. Finally resorted to uploading.

If you hate having to move your mouse to format your post you can do it with keyboard shortcuts.

It's a post someone was banned for (latest RC thread),
The first link works fine, but was it because the post may have been deleted by mod? Weird if it's showing up in DDT (thanks vbulletin)

We would sometimes move posts and accompanying chains of conversations into their own deleted thread in DDT e.g. spam and everyone quoting it. Dunno why it showed as having the same thread ID tho.
