I've accidentally done something similar.
we had a free period after Choir one day and I had tried to toss a bowler hat to a friend of mine, and it landed on the class clown's head (way off to the right side of the room, I missed hard) He kinda looked around confused for a sec while everyone else applauded.

the only ones i've seen are alladin and lilo and stitch, i like alladin but hate the ridiculously cheesy romance and don't really remember lilo and stitch.

It's because the old Disney movies didn't put themselves on the intellectual level of Saturday morning-cartoons like many of the recent children's movies do. The animation style was also typically less juvenile than the deformed 3d animation styles we see today, and many titles were interpretations based on classic books or legends. See stuff like Pocahontas, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, The Jungle Book, Robin Hood and The Lady and the Tramp. There are exceptions, of course.
