God damn it i have an exam tomorrow morning.
But after then i'm good for a bit, considering it finishes about 12, i'll have the house free for at least 4 hours. That usually means loud porn but this time that time is devoted to dwarf fortress.

it was during the 'console wars'
over on /v/ people where debating the three consoles, xbox had a massive collection of on day release games, some where looking amazing, 'Condemed' / 'halo' stuff like that
Wii was also doing pretty well with a good collection of games
however, the PS3 was being rumored to be sold at "599 US Dollars." (which is where that meme started.)
had less than a handful of games, people where angry, then the XBOX fan-boys started calling out PS3 for having "nO GaEMZ."
And it never let up.
