In Germany it's different. Plus for games like Skate 3 and others, if not for DMCA and fair use policy EA would be shutting down the videos claiming copyright claims. This isn't a matter of whether or not it helps the game sell more copy, I've heard that statistic too. They still don't want people recording their games.

I don't know, removing all opinions, you can't deny that Ctrl-Alt-Delete is getting better, from shit overly-wordy generic comic to hit-and-miss.
Hell, even the art is getting better, since he manages to ocasionally have proper expressions that aren't all the Buckley face, and it clearly isn't pasted together anymore.
It still doesn't deserve its success and fans, but it's slowly improving ten years late.
