No, they're supposed to be obsessed over the fact that Fuel's logo is upside down. The reason the Xbox games are there, is because the guy just sorted them alphabetically.

That's OCPD, Obsessive-Compulsive PERSONALITY disorder. The term Obsessive Compulsive became synonymous with people who are perfectionists obsessed with order and cleanliness, and so people assumed perfectionist = ocd
OCD can also be defined as having intrusive thoughts, and while OCPD and OCD do overlap, they're not completely the same. Intrusive thoughts are those back-of-your-mind thoughts or impulses that you would never act upon. It's like if you held a knife in your hand and wonder what would happen if you took that knife and stabbed the person next to you, and then you imagine yourself doing it.
While not being professionally diagnosed with anything, I do tick quite a few boxes for OCD, and it's not fun to have thoughts about pushing the steering wheel while you're sitting in the passenger seat just because you want to find out what would happen if you did. It's kinda like paranoia except involving behaviours as well as how you mentally think. Obsessions aren't fun either.
