Well I've never seen paranormal activity 4 so I'm just going to assume it has no title card and it opens up with a lot of really horrifying shit or that for like 30-40 minutes it's indistinguishable from an animated children's movie about talking animals or that any parents in the theater were too braindead to realize anything was amiss.

That is the entire episode. Each episode is roughly 2 minutes long. It was then mashed into one cohesive thing called Plastic Nee-San.
