My family used to feed homeless veterans on Christmas Eve (we did it like 3, maybe 4, times) and one Thanksgiving, we had 2 US marines come to our house and we got them nice clothes, a big ol Thanksgiving dinner and we bought a guitar hero game because one of them really wanted to play it. We don't know what happened to one of them, but we used to meet with the other one. He's overseas now though. I also spend the majority of my own free time doing volunteer work. Although it's a good idea to help others, dot go assing that everyone here just gives shit to other people just because they want it. If we could afford it, my family would probably be doing the same charity stuff. I think that I have done quite enough charity work, I come here so maybe my good work will pay off and I can get some reward or something. But if you want to donate to a cause, I'll be right there with you.
