If it was just general anesthetic then nothing. They put a mask on you and a needle in your hand and tell you to take deep breaths, then your eyes close and you go to sleep. When you wake up you have a sore throat, a headache, and feel a bit drunk. That was my experience anyway, although I was only under for an hour, not 12.

"I Survived Brain Cancer"
"OP of Friendliest Thread 2013"
I dunno. Or Kebab could come up with one himself!
But whatever the title is, it should link to the card thread.
