Last time I managed to fuck up my sleeping pattern (slept during day and awake during night, total reversal etc) I just got really drunk so I'd pass out. Not big or clever.
Try a couple sips of rum or something as you're only young.

Just meditate, look up techniques, it helps. At your age you're full of anxiety and stress and whatnot, which is half your problem I'd guess.
