Personally, I ain't too psyched about Halloween. On the subject of overhyped holidays, let me tell you a little something. I went out for a walk this afternoon, since Lily had to do homework that required the PC, and I decided to pop into the local Sommerfield's to purchase a pastry. I take a glance at the checkout counter, and what do I see? I see Cadbury Christmas calenders on sale. I take a glance at a nearby freezer, and BAM!, there's many boxes of mince pies stacked on top! This is the 9th of October, 2 months and 16 days before Christmas, and Halloween's not even begun yet! Now I ain't against Christmas or anything (except it's Christian origins), but seriously, WHAT THE SHITTING FUCK. Why do we gotta prepare so fucking early? Can't it wait 'till at least after Guy Fawkes Night? Christmas just absorbs all the months it wants to! What a fucking hog of a holiday...

Like theres some "jolly-cheerful" atmosphere, even if there aren't happy people around. Its the only time in the year where I feel happy.
